Our Story

True Sundry is the lemonade I made when I found myself out of a job, isolated and quarantined due to a global pandemic that brought the world to its knees in March 2020. I had two options. Either I could mope and stock up on toilet paper, or I could pull a Steve Jobs kinda stunt, and start a business out of my garage, which in this case was my cozy New York City apartment. I chose the latter, obvi!

I've always been passionate about finding cool stuff at bargain prices. I've never been a fan of designer clothing or purses. Don't get me wrong I would love if a Chanel bag fell in my lap. But I have a higher chance of getting struck by lightning than that happening. Anyway, not all designer stuff is cool and not all cool things have to break the bank. And that is the true intention for the birth of True Sundry.

True Sundry is a home for cool basics. It's an oxymoron, but that's precisely what I hope to change. I will negotiate for you and keep prices true. I will curate day-to-day stuff that looks cool and takes your personal style to another level. That's my promise to all my customers who shop at True Sundry. I will be true to you so that you return to shop with us again. I'm not looking for a one-night-stand but a long term fun relationship that will be beyond basic.
